Shows the power of fruit grown at elevation and the finesse and precision of CF. Really enjoyed this wine and I'm sure it will age for quite a long time due to the strong acid and firm tannin. Cheers to Fred and Jamie Peterson on this one!

78%Cab Franc 22%CabSauv - 2005 peterson winery. Start out rough on the nose with barnyard forward aromas. Swished the heck outta it and it opened up. Fulllll bodied dark fruit & Firm tannin structure. A lil over the top for me HUGE!!!
