L'Apres-Midi Sauvignon Blanc
Another 4th Friday for the books! Insane pulls this month to follow up the most epic month (April) that we’ve ever had!
It’s a PM SauvBlanc, what do you expect? Great acidity from start to finish. Stone ground fruits on the nose. Mango, kiwi, dragon fruit, and limestone dominant finish. Big structure!

WTF, at what point did pineapple juice become indicative of SB, in which afternoon would you want to drink a 15.1 (labeled) white, lets while away with 2 glasses and go take a nap, 2 grown men couldn't finish this bottle, that really says something.

To those of you rating wines, those wines that are “Corked” are just that, and should not be given a rating, since it was not the fault of the wine maker. Such ratings result in meaningless scores for a wine. You should switch to beer.

Only the hint of lime and tropical fruits on the nose would lead to SB. Pear, gala apple, honeysuckle, and roasted almond. Rich palate but remains agile. Creamy texture. Great balance. Suggestion of sea breeze lead to a mineral driven long finish.
Not your typical SB, but very well made and elegant. 10% Semillon, raised in 100% French oak barrel for 8 months. No MALO.
