Restrained. Not classic from what I understand.

Closeout - just OK, lacking character & precision but drinkable. One of those wines that does not improve w/bottle age

Incredible value at this price ($7). Can easily be saved for 5-10 years. Would recommend to anyone.

Deep purple with spice associated with a Shiraz. Oaky and dominates by red fruit and wood.

Good enough for a weekend casual wine. Not fruity, not tannic, balanced slightly acidic wine, slightly jammy on the pallet, slightly smiley nose. For the price point I'd keep it around the house but wouldn't be a go to as a primary.

Kind of muted for a Barossa Valley Shiraz. Not a ton of fruit but very low acid and tannins. Would benefit from further development in the bottle. Drank it with a ribeye.
