Crushed stones, lime zest, ocean water. First post COVID wine. Counting on the ripping acidity for some cleansing.

Lime zest, crushed limestone, bone dry with ripping acidity. Also bought this in a Jeroboam for the right occasion.

Just concluded the annual Fall seclusion at our cabin in the Rangeley lakes region of Maine, mobile service up there is mostly non-existent, after several days I am posting again. Notes are somewhat brief, as my focus is relaxing and watching the Common Loons swimming and diving in the cove in front of our camp.

Nose has tart green apple, sugared water, white grapefruit slices, cold under-ripe peach and classroom chalk.
Palate has tart green apple flesh, red apple peel, lime zest, lime juice, light limestone paste, lively with medium finish and fun acidity.

Nose has bright green apple, saline solution, distant petrol, under-ripe peach, sliced apricot, clover honey and wet flint
Palate has effervescent and tart apple juice, tart pear, under-ripe peach, green apple peel, wet limestone with solid acidity and a ever lingering sweet/salty/tart finish. A great bottle!

Nice wicked acid for a reisling. Honeycomb. Just a kiss of residual sugar but not a sweet wine. Over ripe honeydew melon. Wow.

I always stayed away from these bottles as I thought the packaging & label was pure two buck chuk- boy, was I wrong. Crackles w energy & minerality, very little rs on the palate. Definitely for rock heads. Longish too. Strong mid palate too.

LOOOVVVEEE, this bottle. Bad ass. Purity at its best. If you ain't drinking riesling I have know I idea what your doing with your life. This is all laser beams of acidity and minerality. @Pappas Bros Steak House, Houston, TX.
