Unripe peach, lime zest, crushed white stone, sour and dry finish. Austere and good.

Unripe peach, lime zest, stone dust, austere finish. Uber dry.

Great intensity/density that somehow still feels weightless. All wrapped up with uber trocken lazzzerbeams.

Unripe peach, lemon zest, crushed stone, minerality. Dry. Really dry. Plays to my acid head tastes.

Dusty, citrus, honeysuckle nose. Lemons, unripe apricot, white stone, crushed shells, laser focused acid. Very dry and crisp...in a good way.

Highlights from #wopn2015 last weekend

Medium light straw . Wet slate and chalky on the nose , with white flowers , touch of gunpowder and a lychee note . On the plate more white fruits , white peach , touch of lychee and ripe apple, with a light smoky touch . Nicely rounded mouthfeel with balanced alcohol . Slightly saline finish , with good acidity . Ok length . Showing pretty young at the moment , this will be better in a couple of years and last well a further 5-8
