But once all this blows over the Riesling purity & brilliance shines through.
Ripe lime, white peach, a hint of honey - yet still very cool & puristic, Rocky & mineral.
On the palate starts off with shy white fruit but the steely, cool, fresh acidity kicks in expands endlessly. This has great depth, and amazing purity. length too!
There’s just a touch of fruit, a hint of oak, but this all just lets the mineral purity shine.
This is complex and quite serious, but also so drinkable.
