Top Notes For
Shy white stone fruit on the nose, with just a hint of creaminess and a cool minerality underneath.
On the palate this is razor sharp, with juicy acidity, salty, steely minerality and ripe, succulent lemons. Bucketloads of them. For an entry level wine this has amazing precision & purity with good depth and a super long finish with notes if lemongrass.
Dangerously drinkable.

Not your average Gutswein. The complexity is higher than usual in this category. The fruit is there, but not overpowering, and balanced by an amazingly fresh acidity. There are even hints of spices which are giving this wine a very good structure.
