Fascinating wine. This is the Pearl of the Ravens. Aged in clay amphora, this cab has beautiful aromatics, a complex palate, sweet tannins, yet is incredibly soft for such a young wine. I’ve had other cabs from Perliss from this vintage, so these unique attributes must be coming from the amphora ageing. Super cool, but only 100 cases made.
