Ridiculously cheap and good cook-out wine. Nose just oozes crushed blackberry and raspberry fruit. Clean and fruity, with a tad of stony minerality in the mouth. Nicer with a light chill.

Jun 17th, 2018For $12 this is quite a wine. It lacks structure on the palate, but the flavors are purely Mediterranean - chaparral, anise, leather, tobacco, smoke, dust, rosemary and cassis. Resinous, savory, and a steal. 52% Grenache, 36% Carignan, 12% Syrah.

Mar 30th, 2018Pours sangria in color. ON THE NOSE: licorice, menthol and smoke. ON THE PALATE: plum and not much else. Did open up a bit after a few hours but not much here at all a slight reductive taste on palate and a very short finish even a hint of sweetness

Mar 18th, 20172013. Wish this was under cork rather than screw cap. Reductive stink makes me wonder what it could have been. It opens nice. This was much better the second day.
