Cherry, light berry, and coffee on the noise. Medium bodied but packs a juicy punch. #OregonPinot.

Nose of black tea, pepper, cranberry; palate of cranberries, a hint of earthiness, and some peppery spice. A delightful food wine; we don't know that it would be quite as nice on its own. We opened this right on time--had crept up 3/4 of the cork, but was probably at its peak.

Lots of pepper in this guy. Robust for pinot, which I enjoy.

Positively gorgeous, highest-quality fruit from Shea right across the way from Penner-Ash. 2011 was a cool-dry vintage, exuding elegant, refined aromas of loam and velveteen berries. Supple palate and a finish to swoon to.

Wine was bad. Going through a secondary fermentation in bottle. Bummer...I adore the Penner-Ash Shea.
