Aroma didn't hint it's character to me, but it certainly announced itself on my palate. Its flavor immediately grabbed my attention which I really liked after a tedious evening with 7th grade math. Slight to medium dry and not too sweet with red berry over tones. The finish is slightly bitter. Bold consistency - worth buying again.

Tasted quite flat for a while, but had it over the course of three days and Vacu-vin-ed it thoroughly each time. The fruit and berry notes started to emerge slowly over time. Restrained and concentrated are what comes to mind. This wine is shy, but for 9$ I really can't complain.
