An affordable cuvée, which needs to get some air to set up. Lacks a little subtlety, but a nice gourmet balance, between candied fruits (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry) and tertiary notes coconut and chocolate.
Chalky mineral nuances that gives a certain relief, balancing clear and sliced primary and tertiary aromas.
The nose is well structured, the mouth is not as complex but the gluttony compensates for the soft character with marked tannins, reminiscent of the Italian style. The wine evolves well during the tasting on fruity and spicy nuances that can be tasted from different angles. Beautiful bottle for its price, certainly a stylistic reference.
Une cuvée abordable, qui a besoin de prendre l’air pour se mettre en place. Manque un peu de subtilité, mais d’un bel équilibre gourmand, entres fruits confiturés ( fraise, mûre, myrtille) et notes tertiaires coco et chocolatées.
Nuances minérales crayeuses qui donnent un certain relief, équilibrant des arômes primaires et tertiaires nets et tranchés.
Le nez est bien structuré, la bouche n’est pas aussi complexe mais la gourmandise compense le caractère doux aux tanins marqués, rappelant le style italien. Le vin évolue bien au cours de la dégustation sur des nuances fruitées et épicées qui se donnent à goûter sous différents angles. Belle bouteille pour son prix, assurément une référence stylistique.
