Absolutely one of my TOP TEN WINE EXPERIENCES OF 2014! Pales in to the incredible 2008 which I enjoyed in 2013. Deep ruby, black color; super-fine and ultra-rich, yet deftly elegant aroma of bold black fruits, incredibly classic and youthful, one of the most exciting young wine aromas I have experienced; medium bodied, rich and substantive on the palate, seamless with sweet tannins; black fruit, a light twist of American oak; long finsh, lusty aftertaste. This is a pretty amazing wine, very close to the incredible 2008. (Best Served: 2020-2045)

All oak at this stage, and impossibly dense. Needs decades

Tasted side by side with RWT. It was good, but not great. Most of us preferred RWT over Grange. Lots of tannins, a little coarse, not as soft as RWT. Noticeable American oak.

This was actually really good. Is it worth the hefty price tag though? I don't know, but then again, what wine really is? This is definitely one of those once in a life time type of wines to drink, and I'm grateful to have had the pleasure of trying this beast.

Just a baby but already gorgeous. Violets, dark fruit vanilla and a touch of coconut. Amazing body and mouthfeel. Should be incredible in 10+ years
