Deep Crimson- very dark for an 18 year old red. Aromas of blackberry currant herbs spice and a note of liquorice. The palate is concentrated with a strong core of black fruits and mocha. Shiraz flavours having the ascendancy over the Cabernet finishing with dry sandy tannins. Fully developed but could soldier on for another 5 years I reckon.

This was lovely; full of primary fruit and lovely a point tannins but starting to loose its flesh. A very good easy drinking wine, though unfortunately that's all it was. As expected.
