Not much on the nose. Tart green apple that ends abruptly with a bit of sour green melon. Biscuit/straw pops up in the middle. Supposedly, this is past its prime, but it tastes right about where it supposed to be.

I drank this at the park and In a plastic cup but it still delivered. Oaky, straw, barnyard hay with supple muscat sweet on the tail end but just enough of the fruit on the nose that you might want for a entry champagne like this.
