15’ Pence Rosa Chardonnay. Getting a grasp on the Central Coast Chardonnays. Decant until the end of 2018! I could see somebody getting this confused with a SB!?! That lemongrass, a drop of bedrock, grapefruit core, nectarine skins, popcorn butter. Complexity and balance is there.
Definitely not a typical Northern California Chardonnay (don’t recommend it, if you’re expecting that style)
Going to wait a year before opening the next bottle.
Diggin these Central Coast wines! NOT something I would pour for a crowd!! I’m all in! Looking forward to trying some of the Pinot’s. Edit- Love this one. 95 points, after 45 minutes in the decanter.( AGAIN, don’t recommend if your thinking Northern CA)
