Sour black cherry bomb and some funk on the nose. Striking acidity with some sourness on the mid palate to finish. Black pepper is a lurker. Ash smokiness and light, light tannins. Acidity cuts through some pork and sauerkraut. I heard Baco's age well, and I'm thinking the sourness could push out after some time hanging out in the bottle. Stay classy. Cheers!
