Icewine Niagara Peninsula Vidal
2018 vintage. A Canadian woman kindly offered me a tiny 50 ml bottle of this Canadian ice wine from the Niagara Peninsula, made from Vidal grapes. Smells like dried apricot, but not very refined. Better in the mouth with fresh acidity balancing the syrupy sweetness. Not particularly complex, but a nice drink nevertheless. Abv. 11%.
