Bright, crisp, floral nose with just a touch of spice and honey. Juicy, crisp and just a touch off-dry on the palate. Honeysuckle, Asian pear, lychee and a touch of sweet peach lead the palate followed by dry notes spice and white flowers and ginger. The finish is long and crisp with easy acidity and a touch of herb. Beautiful with Asian roasted chicken.
