Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Soft wet stone aroma. Bright tropical fruit. Guava, kiwi finish.

Very aromatic, starring an orange blossom explosion of nearly perfume levels. Palate is ripe and tropical - passion fruit, guava, cantaloupe and whispers of residual sugar. I've not seen 2% Orange Muscat make this much of a noticeable impact from nose to finish. Still possesses great acid and tart fruit. Delicious.

We had this on a "Wine Flight" at the Cast & Plow at the Ritz Carlton.

Great floral nose. Very thin appearance but has viscosity. Great fruit and floral notes with citrus. Apricot peach and pear. Smooth finish with bit of acidity. Overall one of the best.

Sitting on the lake

Very crisp, with lime notes on the nose. Flavors of a crisp lime-ade sweetened by guava and papaya. As it opens, flavors of honeydew, kiwi and banana creme pie on the finish. Slightly acidic.
