Peju Province Winery
Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Tony and his wife Herta purchased 30 acres of land in the Napa Valley with the magic ingredient - location. With a splash of Malbec added, aromas of dark berry fruit and cigar box spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and raspberry with cacao, licorice and herb notes. Fine tannins, nice acidity, good balance on long finish ending with fruit and cedar notes. Drinking well now!

Mar 24th, 20212014 just didn’t deliver for Peju. Good tannic start that quickly disappeared into thin juice.

A blend of 80% Cab Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot, 7% Merlot, 2% Cab Franc. Red fruit and berry aromas with scents of sweet oak. On the palate cherry and raspberry giving off leather, cacao and oak tones, well balanced. Structured dusty tannins, lingering ending with sweet spice, nice but needs more time. Tasting Sample.
