Crisp to the point of being tart on the palate. Traditional citrus flavors of this Sauvignon Blanc not as apparent as in other Sauvignon Blancs. Paired ok with some chicken dishes but paired perfectly with a Mediterranean chicken dish. The dry taste of the wine complemented the food. Drank in August 2024.
