Nose is mega yeasty, toasty and mineral. Meyer lemon. Also some elegant mushrooms. Palate is so lemony and intense. Nice density as 08 is the densest vintage ever. Clean and pure. Very good. Elegant mousse and lovely acids. Sappy and pure.

Great nose. Super earth and berry like. Red berries, light blueberries, superb minerality and wonderful airy expansiveness. Good depth and very precise. Citrus peel. Palate is awesome. Dry and super racy with insane precision and razor like acidity. Really dense but oh so light. The citrus is really coming on strong on the nose. Some hints of toastiness. Really nice. Super complex nose developing. Sappy citrus on the palate and a perfect example of a skeletal Champagne. Very pure. Really clean but also seems closed and wants to give more. Finish is very long. Very complex. Coiled but so much potential. I’ll be back.

Had never tried this one, there's oak contact on the PN, hence the oak tree cross section I imagine, it's so beautifully complex & layered, yet another rich Champagne that needs some food, but we need more of these wines...

Goes well with itself and also pork rinds at MSM. 😏 Soft texture - nicely intertwined aromas of yeast and fruit - reminds me of fruit punch or some candied citrus vibes.
