Stunner! Slight oxidation brings out a nuanced nuttiness on both nose & palate, bitters bring more character to the fore. Would match some pretty punchy flavours. Had this with sushi and the component it worked best with was the pickled ginger! Note - would not suggest decanting this or letting it hang around too long once open.

Very very good. Minerally, spice, creamy, lightly nutty. Medium bodied, light phenolics, Apple skin, ripe peach, melon, creamy nutty oak. Stony. Lovely elegant long length
