better strap in for this wine (oh, and I've had Pais before): Funkmaster McFunky, I've had some crazy wines but this was way up there. Not endearing to my palate, something about the vegetal herbaceous rubbery nose just didn't do it for me - along with the jolty acidity... had to pour this one out.

1st time having this grape variety. Pale ruby with strawberry, smoke/musty, mint, and anise. The finish is quite short.

Smoky, strawberry aromas with a little bit of natural funk. Super light bodied, light fruit flavors and some pretty big tannins. Chilled down for a hot summer night, it should go lovely with Traeger brisket.

Extremely juicy and quaffable and a little rough around the edges, like most wines I've tasted fron Itata. Highly enjoyable!

Just wow. Pale, translucent ruby color with a beautiful bouquet of red roses wafting from the glass. Cherries and cranberries on the palate. Just wonderful. So juicy and delicate. A very graceful wine! 100% País. 2/7/22.

A bit like gamay, fruit and herbs and is my mind thinking chicken?

Super juicy bright mixed fruit juice (like the juice boxes you had as a kid) with a musky earthiness on the nose. On the palate, its a lot less giving - more musk and less fruit. Medium acidity. Low tannins. Very quaffable.

This wine is INSANELY underrated! So much to unpack here. A flavor bomb.
