red fruit, slight floral notes, not very herbaceous, light weight in the mouth but with prominent drying tannins, very interesting Canadian wine

Needs time to open up for the pyrazines to integrate but this is a very pretty North American Cab Franc. Certainly Loire-inspired.

This wine is simply wonderful. Slightly bubbly on the tongue, warm, fruity and a touch of pepper. An absolute keeper. Had this at Akira Back in Toronto.

Rubbery tannins, chewy af! Gummy candy nez, astrigent and dry as a bone, big leafy dandelion, licorice, black berries, ripe and gorgeous. Will probably age into something incredible. Def could use some hang-time. So good.
