This has the usual PM insence in the nose but frankly it's a little too sharp on the pallette. Not really my cup of tea. It's pleasant but not particularly interesting nor tasty. The 2017 of this was awesome, they just missed the mark here a bit.

You can note the wild yeast in the nose, and taste all the goodness in the sip.
You really should try this. Absolute stars of Ontario wine making.
