This is such a gorgeous example of Cab Franc. Black fruit, herbal, iron, and a weightiness to the palate that isn't heavy. Shedding a tear that's my last bottle. For those who don't know, keep your eyes open. This is world class

Dark fruit, meaty, and a little bit bloody. Nicely done.

Juicy, dry, light leather. Very tasty. Nice with tourtière.
