Sadly, I think I'm a year late on it or something didn't go well in the cellaring process. The qualities of something special are all there but she might be dead.

Nose of burnt caramel and currants. Hot, tart and slightly tannic with a long oaky finish. Paired well with our polenta with mushroom ragout. Overall, not bad for a Monday!
