2020 vintage. The usual gamey, savory, mealinabottle, table feast. Starts off as heavy-bodied but quickly settles into a medium-bodied affair. Slightly tart back end categorized as more acidic than tannic but quibble over any difference(s) if you like/must. 3.10.23.

Jan 13th, 20232020 vintage. Massive and more intimidating than the vice-principal in junior high. Pax consistently shows us where California Syrah could and should be instead of that tawdry Cabernet Sauvignon nonsense.
