I really liked this. Fresh, ripe red berries, strawberries, and smooth on the palate. It's a light red for summer.

My first Mexican wine, and though it wasn’t baaad, it wasn’t what I expected. Surprisingly astringent, with a long, lingering dry, almost bitter flavor, with notes of tar, plums, and red fruit bitterness. Might have been good paired with food, but on a hot day on its own, not ideal.

First time enjoying wonderful Mexican red. Great body. Definitely a recommendation to spicy food.

Funky and rustic, particularly on the nose, but the fruit kicks in nicely on the palate w some smoked meat notes. Fun wine for around $15--would be a really good w sausage pizza or pasta w meat sauce--Or possibly tacos Barbacoa.

Very acidic, but smooth. Hits hardest through the middle.
