Feinherb Riesling

Good but missed the heights of the last bottle I had.

Soooooo minerally. The acids are like laser beams hitting your tongue. Fine herbal edges.

When you can make a wine that tastes like this, who needs a specific appellation? Pale crystalline. Nose of flinty, stuck stone, then opening to a slightly tropical impression of cherimoya, mango, pineapple. Well structured though just light/medium bodied. The flinty sharpness echoes on the palate.

Really dry, lots of slate, some saltiness, long on the palate. Excellent and bucks the fruit-forward nose in used to.

Not sweet, great combo of tastes. Chalky and lemon. Big enough taste to work with Salmon

Loved it. Lemony, not sweet Riesling that I'll buy again. Excellent value.

Great! Slightly effervescent and flinty. Not sweet.
