I do like this Polish immigrant’s craft.
The blend of fruits are a broad spectrum of, sour, candied and floral, ruby, mid & dark, red fruits, dark, smooth spice, cinnamon stick, floral heaven & flat out elegance. The blue fruits in Paul’s wines are incredible.

cuvee from different vineyards, Paul's entry level PN, but the quality is super high; n: slightly veggie in the begginig, autumn leafs, stems, earthy then strawberries and cherries; p: nice texture, gentle flow.

Some nights a wine is just on the money. This is one of those nights. Great Pinot fruit , delicate balance. The real deal .
