Ross Station Estate Chardonnay

Still needs a 30 minute + decanting. Such a well-made wine.

16’ Paul Hobbs Ross Station Chardonnay. Throw this into a decanter for an hour. Certainly won’t hurt it
Bright golden color. Nose smells like honeycomb, crushed rock. Palate- apricot, peach, toasted hazelnut. Medium to full-bodied & intensely flavorful in the mouth, it's balanced by very juicy acidity. Nicely made Chardonnay.

Dryed honey, smoke and chalk. Focused acid great tension and length on the finish. 94+ easy!

16’ Paul Hobbs Ross Station Chardonnay. It offers up notes of lemon blossom, white peach, pineapple, honey & subtle oak. With wavy acidity. A full-bodied Chardonnay for sure. Edit - Needs a year or so in bottle after release.

Very oaky with very big pop upfront and then a touch of glycerin on the finish. Paired well with seafood.

1 hour decant. A marvelous medium gold color. On the nose: Expressive nose with pear, toasty oak, lemon, mandarin, crushed rocks. Taste: A rich, juicy, creamy medium body wine with tangerine, lemon, apple, honey toast and a mineral pear medium plus finish. Yum!!!!!
