Intense aromas and flavors of gooseberry and grapefruit. Additional notes of white peach, lemon and passion fruit on the pallet. Hint of grass and wet stones on the finish. Though the flavors are quite bright, the texture is very light and a bit watery. The intense and mouth watering acidity makes up for this.
