Though the flavors are quite bright, the texture is very light and a bit watery. The intense and mouth watering acidity makes up for this.

A solid offering for a NZ SB! I definitely get the grapefruit/gooseberry right out of the bottle, with wet stone. A couple days after opening, lemon flavors are more pronounced.
