A great offering from Patz, sourced from several fine vineyards, including Gap’s Crown, just to name one. Vivid Ruby with focused fruit aromas adding in spice and earthy notes. The palate shows a blast of fruit, cherry, cranberry, raspberry and touches of dark berries. Cinnamon spice weaves through the well structured zesty wine while noting the presence of developing tannins. The finish has great length and should keep nicely for up to 10 years.
