Stunning and vibrant Pinot Noir from Hyde Vineyard. Black cherries and earthy, tarry notes in the nose. Violets. Great acidity, dense fruit, firm tannin, long finish. Nice now but patience would be a virtue with this one. Great wine.

Such a lovely expression of elegance and finesse. This took me back to the first time i tasted this wine seven years ago which, coincidentally, is the same vintage. Silky and smooth with fruit still very much present. Raspberries, dried cranberries & plums, to name a few. There's also a delightfully subtle mineral component in the mid palate. Amazing.
