Performs well enough with Thai food. A bit weird on its own. Tastes like they dose it with sugar for the bottle ferment. Which I don’t love. This would probably make a killer base for a spritz, so I’m going to hit it with some aperol and sparking water later and get fucked up.

2017. Was really cool to have back to back Oregon pet-nat Rieslings with dinner at The Oven tonight! Both were great with food and enjoyed by all.
