Very dry and slightly tart Italian white. Strong taste and aroma of green apples. Lesser aroma and taste of pears. Good on its own on a nice summer night. Ate with Gorgonzola and pear salad and seafood risotto with goat cheese and fired burata and lobster gnocchi.
