First bottle premoxed. Second bottle astonishing. Very rich compared to last week's Blanchots. Minerality there on the nose but receding in the mouth in a pleasant way. Telltale Chablis but I wouldn't blind guess Piuze. Hard to imagine this outdoing its performance tonight.

Aug 13th, 2017Nice stuff. Reticent on the nose. Good fruit (greengage/ line) and tension. As it warms up a touch of sandalwood. Decent length. Not as complex as the best Valmur but very nice. Drinking well now
