A steal in Chablis from one of my favorite producers.

Briney, savory, acid with a little cheese rind. This is G...Double Oh good!

Textbook Chablis. Light straw color. Delicate organic honey on nose. Pure fleshy apple cream. Tight solid minerals. Very well made with long finish. $35

Also not av pinot. Delicious & refreshing baby chablis

Definite sorbet note with marzipan and slight key lime pie aromas, though starts out with a slight earthy funkiness which opens up to a great mineral note. Ripe melon fruit with more sorbet on the palate with a mineral finish.

Paired well with seared sea scallops. Round, crisp.

Light yellow in color, notes of apricot, lemon zest, mineral, buttery texture, medium body with pleasant acidity with a fresh medium finish.
