This bottle was OK, but not up to the level of the last local crab that we brought back from the docks at Princeton by the Sea. Clean, good acidity, but rather boring... At least it didn't encourage me to drink to much.

Showing well. Moderate Chablis character with good balance. Have had some premox issues with this producer but this bottle was fine.

Textbook Chablis. Light straw color. Delicate organic honey on nose. Pure fleshy apple cream. Tight solid minerals. Very well made with long finish. $35
