Val de Mer Non Dosé French Sparkling Chardonnay

Bright acidity, unassuming.

This has a weird caramel and apple quality to it that was not expected. Honestly, not worth the price and rather disappointing.

Beautiful nose that doesn't equate in my mouth....

So much richer and rounder than I expected. Quite toasty shortbread on the nose. Tasty stuff Monsieur Piuze!

Delicious top notch cremant. Sparkling Chablis.

Very nice substitute for dry Champagne.

Non dosage. From Chablis. Quite the sparkling. Drier and fruitier than anything else I've had from champagne or the like.

Solid bubbles, all Chardonnay and no dosage. Made by Patrick Puize.
