This is the 2014 Terroir Decouverte. Chiseled, very pretty, sea salt, iodine and wet limestone. Lively in mouth, rich and textured. Acidity medium.

This might just qualify as our next house wine. Versatile and wonderful to drink. Attractive but also showing a sincere backbone.

Crushed green apples along with candied apple, ripe lemon, white florals, sea salt and stones. Not quite the acid spectrum one may expect but has excellent length met with great concentration.

Tense citrus and stone on the palate. Great intensity and quality for the price.

Ditto to my previous note. Absolutely beautiful Chablis. Complex, delicate, light and elegant. Worth every penny.

This wine defines the term generic. Slight minerality with a flat boring finish.

Stunning. Delicate and elegant. Mineral driven with undertones of apple, lemon, flowers and seashells. A bit light weight for Chardonnay but it's so beautiful I don't care. I wish all Chablis could drink like this. Seriously.
