Tasting side by side with decouverte. Both are delicious - both are filled with lemon and crushed oyster shells but decouverte is a bit rounder compared to fye being more bright & sharp!

Ditto to my previous note. Absolutely beautiful Chablis. Complex, delicate, light and elegant. Worth every penny.

Jan 20th, 2016Stunning. Delicate and elegant. Mineral driven with undertones of apple, lemon, flowers and seashells. A bit light weight for Chardonnay but it's so beautiful I don't care. I wish all Chablis could drink like this. Seriously.
