After we drunk a 2015 blanchot of piuze we opened this bottle. What a difference more grand cru than blanchot. Racy, pear, flint, oyster shell, salt, minerals. In short real chablis. Very good.

Gorgeously attractive and pretty intense aromas, revealing a selective harvest. Lively purity on the palate too with structure to drink well for another 10 years.
