A very good showing here. The most pronounced minerality I’ve encountered in a Piuze wine with any age in some time. Clearly a grand cru in weight and finish but showing great cut too. A perfect foil for roast chicken on a rainy night!

Interesting bootyle. Very atypical in my opinion — you have classic Piuze honey, but it's in a blend with meaty smoky aromas and some weird oaky overall tone to it. Not impressed.
