A very good showing here. The most pronounced minerality I’ve encountered in a Piuze wine with any age in some time. Clearly a grand cru in weight and finish but showing great cut too. A perfect foil for roast chicken on a rainy night!

Even at seven years old this Patrick Piuze was fresh and lively. Mineral forward and clear, clean finish. Great with salmon beurre blanc.
