Just finished after a 2017 dauvissat les clos. This is so much more Chablis, just great oysterly, chalky, salty goodness.

Back to back 2017 bougros and 2016 les preuses. The 2017 bougros is a fantastic effort. More forward, more fruit, a bit somekey, lots of citrus and pear, more approachable, good acidity and saltiness. Better than the 2016 for now.
