Nov 28th, 2019Lots of fruit here and almost no decay since opening. Cali cab type of taste at the front with a cinnamon edge to it. Back end is hot, am feeling the 13%. Interesting pair with 85% cacao dark chocolate. Am wondering what personality will emerge in a few years.

Sep 1st, 20152009, Domaine de Robert, Cuvee Tradition, Morgon, Gamay. A great year for Cru Beujolais. This is drinking well with 5 years of bottle age. Lots of tart red fruit and even a little black fruit. Excellent acidity and well balanced. Pairs well with almost any dish.
