Really nice Northern Rhône VdP Syrah. Typical nose of dried flowers and black fruit. In the mouth, dark fruits and minerality. Good grip and length. Much better that the 2014 I had previously. Great QPR

When opened it had strong, off smells and was nearly undrinkable. It took hours to turn into a beautiful wine, and the next day was lush in fruit dimension and sharp with acidity. Whew, patience.

Oct 31st, 2019Oof. This is not what I was expecting. Kind of disjointed and oaky. Nothing close to a Northern Rhone Syrah. The nose had promise, but totally buried. Meh.
